My stay at Hakone Ginyu was nothing short of extraordinary. The service was excellent, with incredibly attentive staff ensuring a welcoming experience from check-in to departure. The private onsens were a highlight, providing a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. While the food served in our room was generally fantastic, I did find a couple of dishes a bit challenging due to my western palate, but overall, it was an lovely culinary experience.

I loved the spacious Sora room I stayed in, featuring tatami floors and a beautiful view from the private onsen. It felt cozy at night, especially with all the windows open to the crisp mountain air. However, I noticed a slight musty smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting.

My stay at Hakone Ginyu was truly lovely. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, while the mountain views were amazing. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the exquisite dining experience, although the meals may feel somewhat repetitive over a longer stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was very peaceful, but I did find the presence of children in common areas a bit distracting at times.

My stay at Hakone Ginyu was simply fantastic, with serene surroundings and really good service. I loved the private onsen and the delicious meals, but the room could have used a bit of sprucing up as it felt a little dated. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway that offered a perfect blend of traditional Japanese hospitality and luxury.
